Peter P. Vasilion

On August 13, 2019 I called the office and left a message concerning an issue I had with my pistol permit. I was called back the next day by Peter Vasilion, explained the situation of which he stated he could help me. He required a $100 fee to go to the pistol permit office to view my file. I brou...ght a check to his office the following day. After not hearing from him for 2 months, I called the office and was told he would call me back. I never received a call. After several unanswered calls from me, I went to his office and was told he would call me on his progress with my case. A call from him never came. I called again on January 3rd and left a message for him to call me back. Yes, you guessed it, I did not get a call back. I called again on January 9th and was told by a receptionist that he will call me back. Once again, I did not get a call back. I went to the office on February 25th to ask for a refund of my $100 as nothing has been done. I was told by the receptionist that she will talk to Peter and have a check mailed to me by Friday of that same week. It is now March 25th and I still haven't received a refund nor heard from anyone from this firm.

I hired Peter to assist me with a case against my wedding photographer who had not deliver my photographs to me. Peter was very unresponsive - I emailed and called him several times and received no response. Now, I am still without my photos and I wish I would have hired someone else rather than wast...e my time with Peter. It is unfortunate because my parents have been long time clients and were always satisfied with his work, but I guess my case was not good enough for him. I wish he would have told me from the start that he did not have time to assist me and I would have gone elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Peter Vasilion as a defense attorney. I hired Peter to help me with a DWI. His advice was excellent, he was honest about his expectations of the outcome, and did not lead me into false hope to make me spend more on my defence than necessary. Peter is well connected within ...the law community, is very personable, and effective. I did whatever he recommended promptly, and was very pleased with the outcome.

Peter was great with my case. He acted in the best interest of my family and children especially. In a very emotionally charged situation for me, he was able to calmly explain the procedures and proof I needed to best handle the situation. He presented it to the court much more organized than i wou...ld have been able to and was very supportive and nice throughout the whole ordeal. He also came to court early to be there when I meet with the law guardian assigned for my children. It was nearly 5 years ago now but I am still recommending him to friends.
