We first approached Lisa for an initial consultation and had so many questions encompassing the entire process. Lisa patiently took the time to answer each question and addressed all our concern...s. At the end of the consultation, Lisa outlined all of our options together with the recommended approach. Throughout the entire process, Lisa has demonstrated professionalism, and was exceptionally pleasing to work with due to her outstanding communication, compassion, and empathetic manner. Ours was a family based Green Card application. Once we had decided to file our application, Lisa provided us a list of documents required for the application. Indeed, even after filing the application, we continued to contact her to seek her counsel on immigration advice not directly related to our application, and she patiently and promptly tended to those as well. For instance, when we were intending to travel domestically to visit family, she offered us guidance and direction surrounding our circumstance. She also provided counsel from an immigration perspective involving the steps to applying for a driver's license and healthcare enrollment. Every question no matter how small or dumb Elizabeth was there to answer my questions. She also responded to my emails very quickly which I really appreci...ated because I'm always on my email.
