Did not fulfill on her promises
Very bad experience, I paid her the fee she asked to request my FOIA records, she explained it would take a couple of months before getting a response back from USCIS. After a few months I followed up, but she ignored my calls and my emails after multiple attempts. I am out of state so I feel like sh...

Replied last October 01, 2018Dear Benjamin, I regret that you feel this way. I do make every effort to contact my clients as promptly as possible, but I have no record of a voicemail or email from anyone named Benjamin this year. I believe you are someone whose FOIA was submitted back in 2014, and our last communication from you by email was in 2015. FOIA requests can take as long as a year to come back from the agency, and at times several agencies must respond to the request, which can add to the total processing time.
