Elizabeth Allen Brewer

Ms. Brewer practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Vehicle and Traffic Law, and Personal Injury in Upstate New York. She received her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, with honors, and practiced both Criminal Defense and Family Law in New York for over 4 years prior to relocating to North Carolina in 2005. In North Carolina she practiced Personal Injury for over 6 years, receiving multiple professional awards, before returning to practice in New York to continue her Personal Injury practice through the present.

Ms. Brewer is currently a member of the Erie County Assigned Counsel Criminal Panel and assists indigent clients with full representation in criminal cases. In addition to her experience in Criminal Defense and Family Law, Ms. Brewer has practiced in the area of Personal Injury for 16 years and is licensed to practice in State and Federal courts in both New York and North Carolina.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Brewer received her Master of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University. Ms. Brewer also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University, with honors, as well as a second Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University. She received numerous academic honors in both graduate and undergraduate school.

As an attorney, Ms. Brewer has represented individuals from all walks of life in local, state and federal courts. She is an aggressive advocate for her clients, yet at the same time, she strives to make a connection with them on a personal level. Ms. Brewer is experienced in assisting clients with all types of injury cases including serious injuries, wrongful death, and insurance claims, as well as local, state and federal criminal offenses.
