In 2013, I used this guy as an attorney for a parole violation because someone recommended him to me. The state offered me 18 months for a violation. This dude pressured me to take the deal when I had many credible arguments that were mitigating in my violation. I ultimately had to argue in my own be...half because he was totally useless and didn't try bringing up anything we discussed in our game plan. He even got mad at me for trying to reason with the Administrative Law Judge about the details of my parole violation. He told me to be quiet. Lol. He does not fight for his clients at all. Also, he missed the first scheduled hearing and it had to be rescheduled. Ultimately I lost the hearing and had to go back upstate for 18 months. Totally useless and a waste of 500$. I do not recommend his services. He shouldn't even be a public defender he is so bad.
