Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, I am very proud to be one of the founding partners of Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will, LLP. Focusing my practice primarily in the area of Matrimonial law, I handle all aspects of divorce and post-divorce proceedings, as well as child custody, support and vistation matters. I am experienced trial attorney as well as a trained mediator and collabortive lawyer for those clients that are looking for alternatives to litigation.

Won Sole Custody with Kristin

My divorce lawyer
While Ms Arcuri was responsive and knowledgable, my divorce took two years, and I had to prompt her quite a few times to keep things moving along. I didn't feel like she really "fought" for me, I felt like she went through the motions, and I ended up basically giving up the farm just to get rid of m...

Replied last May 12, 2017I agree that this client's case took longer than typical to finalize. This was due to the procedural and substantive posture taken by this client's spouse. I am sorry that this client believes I did not "fight". My reputation among the courts and my peers is one of aggressive and zealous representation on behalf of my clients. What is not reflected in this review is that the final resolution that was achieved in this matter was acknowledged by all to be fair and reasonable.
