A true resource to help you navigate Social Security Disability, etc.

I selected Chris Pashler to help my daughter get social security disability. Without him, the road to success would have been horrible. Chris, as an experienced lawyer in this field, helped us navigate through the bureaucracy and achieve a final successful benefit ward. He is a good communicator and ...is very sympathetic to your needs,. I highly recommend that you consider Chris as your SS attorney.

Experienced, professional and caring

I chose to hire Pashler & Devereaux to help me file my ssdi application instead of a larger, well advertised firm because I wanted personal attention. I could not have hired a better firm. From start to finish Mr. Pashler gave me his professional undivided attention and it was evident that he cared n...ot only about the outcome of my case but about me as a person. He is extremely knowledgeable of the internal workings of the social security administration. My application was approved in 6 months instead of the typical 2 to 3 years. Mr Pashler helped me to obtain what is rightfully mine after working and paying into the SSA system my entire life before I became ill and unable to work. Thank you Mr. Pashler for everything you did for me.

Dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly Recommend

I had to leave a career I loved at a young age to apply for disability due to a long-term chronic illness. I've gone through my entire application process from day one with Chris. To say that I am extremely grateful that I came across his and Kathleen's practice at the beginning of my application p...rocess is an understatement. Chris is a kind, dedicated and professional attorney. I received prompt, knowledgeable and thoughtful answers to any questions and concerns I had through the process. The application process is long and difficult when you are very ill, but I always I felt confident that I had someone looking out for my best interests. Chris worked hard and fought to ensure that I received a favorable decision. Without his knowIedge and expertise behind me, I know my application process would not have gone smoothly. If you need representation for a disability case I would highly recommend contacting Chris Pashler.

Social Security Disability Award

In early 2012, my brother, a MENSA genius and well known international consultant, began to miss deadlines at work. He lived alone and worked remotely so his condition remained undiagnosed for many months. Later, he was admitted to ICU for heart failure and some time later when his condition stabiliz...ed, he was diagnosed with a watershed infarction stroke. He had retained a national firm to attempt to obtain long-term social security disability benefits since he could no longer work, however, that firm incorrectly filed for a heart failure condition. Worse, the date of the diagnosis made him ineligible for disability benefits. I was supporting him through this entire process. Upon finding Chris Pashler, we dismissed the previous attorney. Chris took charge, gathering all medical records and obtaining expert opinions that pointed to an earlier onset, one that did qualify my brother for disability benefits. Further, Chris also worked us through all the testing to prove my brother's diminished capacity to work, and prepared us for the interviews and for the hearing. Before, during and after the hearing, Chris worked hard to communicate my brother's inability to perform work in each possible employment category to be considered by the judge and his advisers. When the award was finally made, payments were held up on administrative matters for well over six months. Chris counseled us through the process to collect the award money and never asked us for a dime to cover his out of pocket expenses until the cash was in hand. My brother's disability award would have never happened without Chris. I highly recommend Chris Pashler as THE disability attorney of choice.

Knowledgeable and diligent!

Attorney Pashler took over my social security claim in the appeal process. He was always able to answer my questions. He returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. If he did not know the answer to a question, he researched it and responded with an answer in a short time. Attorney Pashler show...s an honest caring attitude to his client's situations and responded with patience and understanding. I will be forever greatful for his work on my case and the positive results he achieved.
