Mark Stephen Carney

Mark Carney is a Pitbull in my standings. Not only did he represent me in a civil matter with a previous landlord but he also represented me in a criminal charge filed by the same landlord. Mark was one step ahead of the prosecutors in my criminal case, had the landlord admit to particulars to later ...prove my civil case. I was rightfully proved innocent of any criminal charges and later won my civil award due to Mark Carney's due diligence. Might I add that I have had assualt, sexual harassment and physical injury cases since and Mark Carney is the ONLY attorney I have ever felt truly had my back. Ye have little faith in the judicial system but I do believe that in my case, Mark Carney was serving justice and it wasn't about Judge re-elections, who padded whose pockets or any other behind the scenes play I have played pawn to.

A lack of communication is at a high level between Mark and the client. Sometimes I was not sure if Mark was working for or against me. I was surprised that he was quite disorganized and failed to remember facts concerning my case. At his rate of pay, Mark would benefit well with diving back into the... fundamentals that got him where he is today; attention to detail, listening to the client, and responding promptly.

Mark Carney and his staff lack attention to detail and professionalism. mark represented me on a very nasty divorce/custody battle. On more than one occasion Mark approved his staff to send out incorrect paperwork to both the court and opposing counsel. On more than one occasion I had to remind th...em of things we had discussed over and over. Mark often got facts wrong while standing before the court and speaking on my behalf. Their billing department tried collected on balances that had already been paid. To date I am still waiting on an order his staff was supposed to take care of 4 months ago.
