I concentrate my practice in the areas of Copyright, Trademark, Entertainment and Art Law, Unfair Competition and related litigation. I draw on over 30 years experience advising clients in the music recording, music publishing, and touring industries.
I am admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of New York and to the United States Supreme Court.
I also speak frequently on the topics of Copyright Basics for Artists, Musicians, Composers and Recording Artists, Visual Arts and the Law, and Intellectual Property Considerations.
