Ms Reich was hired to guide us, employees of a Canadian company, through the complex US visa application process. The process itself was multifacted and Ms. Reich helped us in ensuring the correct visa type was applied for (TN) and that we had the answers that US CBP would need to properly assess and... approve the application. Unfortunately (for us), our first application ended up being rejected at the border as there was confusion over the type of work that would be done stateside and if that work qualified for a TN visa or could be done under a B-type visa. Ms. Reich remained firm in her belief that a TN visa was the correct path to follow and worked with us to ensure all questions asked would be responded firmly in the direction of needing a TN visa. Additionally, she had the opportunity to discuss the general situation with the CBP Station Chief gaining additional insight into how to correctly proceed with the on-site visa application. A second attempt was then made at the border to apply for a TN visa and this time, all was well and the application was successful. I do not believe that we would have been successful in this application had it not been for Ms. Reich's knowledge of the process and dedication to getting the job done right.

Zabrina is the best. Every time there is an issue with immigration, she responds urgently, quickly and effectively. She gets positive results. If it is possible according to the law, Zabrina gets it done. She has got me US Entry waivers for the past 12 years. Success every time. I know there are othe...r law firms out there which provide the same services for a cheaper fee, but I would rather stay with a lawyer who can get success. Her service is worth more than the fees she charges. I would not take my chances with any other lawyer.
