Scott Martin Schwartz

I have dealt with Mr. Schwartz for years now and was initially referred by a family member. The first time I used him was ok. The second time I used him he kinda made me feel afraid to call him and inquire about my case. He short talked me,cut me off whn speaking,n again made me feel like I shouldn't... have even made the call. The one good thing I will say is he returns all calls back to his perspective clients when asked to do so. As far as reccomending him to others,well now because of how he makes me feel as a client,I wouldn't. Don't misunderstand me,Mr.Schwartz does his job but u also want to make your client feel as though he/she can call you any time with questions about ones case,or the progress of ones case. I don't even call and inquire because I'm afraid to talk to him. He's just very as a matter of fact with me,as I said in my earlier statement. I hate to feel like I don't have a good client/attorney relationship my an attorney. Especially one that was referred to me through family,and one I have used on several occasions. Not to mention my family has also used one of his partners,whom was very skilled in his capacity of criminal law might I add. Now the partner,well he would b highly recommended again as well as retained if need be.
