Ms. Fontaine graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Fontaine subsequently earned her law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where she participated in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. Ms. Fontaine also completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at St. Mary’s University. Additionally, Ms. Fontaine is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
