Do Not Use
Incompetent, poorly advised me, did not return phone calls, emails. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Smooth Adoption
Mindy was recommended to us by an attorney friend. She is busy and does take some time to return emails, however, her assistance is always there when needed. Very knowledgable and friendly.

Zero communication
Ms. Marraca was assigned to me. She has not responded to any emails or voice messages left. While I understand that she has a busy job, unanswered messages is not encouraging and completely unprofessional. We will be seeking another attorney to represent our case.

Very Poor
Ms. Marranca was appointed to me through Assigned Counsel. Our first meeting was encouraging, but thereafter she did not respond to my calls, emails, or messages. She was abrupt, didn't answer questions, or explain legal process. She was late to appearances and ultimately proved to be dishonest. ...

Replied last June 19, 2017I am sorry for your experience, and wish that these concerns were raised directly rather than anonymously on a website. Differences in legal strategy and approaches to a case do not equal dishonesty. My office prides itself on continuous client communication - including access by cell/text, a monthly status letter, and more.
