Michael I. Serotte

Michael Serotte is the co-founder and Senior Partner of Serotte Law Firm, LLC, an Immigration Law Firm which concentrates on U.S. immigration and nationality focuses on developing creative solutions for corporations and individuals facing U.S. immigration challenges. This includes business and corporate clients, entrepreneurs and foreign investors, employment, recruitment, hiring, and personnel transferring. His particular areas of expertise are in L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, H-1B, and TN. 

Mr. Serotte is able to provide both short-term and long-term strategic immigration guidance in the employer/employee relationship. This involves helping corporate and individual clients navigate U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), cross-border inadmissibility and refusal issues, waivers of inadmissibility, including medial and drug related issues, and family immigration matters.
 

In servicing the immigration-related needs of employers in a full spectrum of industries including, technology, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and multi-media, Mr. Serotte partners with in-house counsel and human resource personnel as well as working with individuals directly in obtaining temporary and permanent (green card) visas for business, scientific, managers, executive professionals, and specialized knowledge addition to his U.S. visa practice, Mr. Serotte also regularly provides guidance to Americans seeking visa to work and live in Canada and other countries.
