Let me start by saying I had a contested and somewhat messy divorce. My first lawyer was Thomas Caserta from Niagara Falls. What a nightmare. He talked a great game , but did very little. My now ex wife had Alfonso Bax, another do nothing lawyer. After 6 months with Tom I dismissed him and retained K...ate. Finally I found a lawyer who actually did their job. In fact Kate also did the job of Alfonso Bax for most of the divorce. Was it always smooth, no... was it a long process... yes. Contested divorces drag on. But Kate was persistent to the end. She represented my interests well and got the job done. I would highly recommend her.

Katelynn was extremely prompt, always returned my calls and emails, and most times picked up the phone the first time I called. She will not waste your time or bill you unnecessarily. She is personable and cares about fighting for the client. I could really trust her with advice and she did not chase... after an idea that wouldn't work just to bill me. She is very clear about what the law is and I can not stress enough the fact that she will not waste your time. I highly recommend Katelynn!
