A Well Deserved Expression of Gratitude For Dipasquale and Carney

I’m extremely thankful for Jason’s professionalism, strategic thinking, and the time he dedicated to one of the cases I hired him for. The outcome was the best-case scenario, exactly as he said it would be, and on the promises he made, he followed through—even when I was feeling impatient or discoura...ged—and from my experience, he will not promise something he cannot guarantee, which makes me trust him completely; he has been tough when needed, yet compassionate when it mattered most, and I have great confidence, respect, and gratitude for him as my attorney, and would highly recommend him to others.

Poor experience overall

I unfortunately would not recommend to hire as a divorce lawyer based on my personal experience.

Dedicated , Patient, and Caring.

My purpose in writing this is to express my heartfelt gratitude for DiPasquale and Carney Law Firm. Beginning the process of searching for an attorney was overwhelming for me, especially as someone unfamiliar with how the legal system works or what to expect. It was difficult for me to choose an atto...rney from a list of recommendations and trust that my best interests would be properly represented, particularly at a time when strained trust had already played a significant role in my need for legal support. It was especially helpful and reassuring that Jason DiPasquale came highly recommended and was spoken of in such high regard by multiple people. Although his work on my case is still ongoing, I’m already beginning to see clearly why so many people speak highly of him. The patience, understanding and compassion shown to me have provided tremendous reassurance in my choice of representation. I am seeking Jason’s help during what continues to be one of the most difficult and emotionally challenging periods of my life. He has repeatedly taken time from his undeniably demanding schedule to address immediate concerns with care and clarity. He has also extended support beyond expected hours, offering reassurance during moments when it is clear I need it the most. His consistent presence during such a vulnerable time means more to me than I can express, and I am truly grateful for it. We still have work ahead, but the time, patience, and genuine care that Jason and his partner, Ryan have-consistently shown speak volumes about their dedication and work ethic. Along with expressing my gratitude, I hope this reaches someone who is having a hard time choosing an attorney and needs to know that there are ones who genuinely care.

Jason Dipasquale .. a man of dignity, honor and integrity

For the past seven years, I have been at the mercy of a corrupt and biased family court system—one that my child’s mother has weaponized against me. During this time, I have witnessed blatant abuses of power and acts of sheer injustice that stand in direct contrast to the very laws these individuals ...and institutions are sworn to uphold. It is deeply unsettling to see how judges and court officials can operate with such impunity—without accountability, oversight, or consequence. This is one of the clearest symptoms of the sickness that has infiltrated our judicial system. Nothing within it feels solid anymore. Everything seems malleable—shaped to fit the court’s agenda, or more specifically, the temperament and will of the presiding judge. As a father of a seven-year-old little girl, I’ve been forced to stand by helplessly as my daughter remains in harm’s way—all because of the misuse and perversion of judicial power. A judge is meant to be a steward of the law, not the law itself. Yet too often, I have seen rulings handed down in complete disregard for the oaths they swore to uphold. These closed circles, insulated from true oversight, have allowed judges to become the law—to trample over the very principles of justice and peace they are meant to protect. I have had four attorneys over these six years. I have watched one arrive unprepared and undo an entire year’s worth of progress in a single minute—at the very moment representation mattered most. I have paid thousands of dollars only to watch, time after time, as attorneys cowered—too intimidated to speak boldly on my behalf, too fearful to stand up for what was right. I have felt utterly alone in rooms filled with people devoid of righteousness, surrounded by hollow symbols of justice—the seal on the wall, the podium, the flag—all stripped of meaning. And as I sat there, I couldn’t help but think: What does one do when the very establishment built to protect the law begins to weaponize it for its own interests? When personal emotions and biases become law? Our country has become a collection of small townships ruled by tyrants—where your rights as a parent can be taken, your child removed, and your freedom stripped away, simply because you tried to protect the innocent. I’ve watched entire departments—designed to safeguard children—move directly against their best interests for motives that are anything but pure. Integrity has become rare. Truth has become inconvenient. And the people of this nation can no longer place faith in the very institutions meant to serve them. Then—Jason DiPasquale entered the room. Jason walks softly but carries a big stick. He stands firm, unafraid, and unshaken—even in a courtroom where the rules are written and rewritten at will. On short notice, he arrived prepared in spirit and in principle. His presence alone brought me peace for the first time in that courtroom. For the first time, I did not feel alone. I watched in awe as he turned what has become a dog and pony show of the judicial process into a demonstration of authentic law and order. The court was caught on its back foot as Jason upheld the true standards of justice. The judge rolled her eyes, knowing full well there was nothing she could do to shake his footing—even with the gavel in her hand. That day, Jason DiPasquale showed everyone in that room what it truly means to be an attorney. The law, as he wields it, is solid and unshakable. He stood firm upon its foundation—calm, resolute, and righteous. This speech can’t fully capture the power of witnessing him in action. But if I could sum it up in one image—it would be of a lone tree, standing tall, holding up the side of a mountain. So, to Jason—thank you. Thank you for restoring my faith in the legal profession. Thank you for standing firm when others folded. And thank God for guiding me to a man who still believes in truth, honor, and justice. God bless you, Jason DiPasquale.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly life-changing representation

I can’t say enough good things about Jason Dipasquale and Ryan Carney. I was facing what should have been a lifetime license revocation after my third DWI and second refusal. My case from December 2024 looked impossible, but they refused to give up. They found a way to get my refusal hearing dismisse...d, the DWI dropped down to a violation of DUI, and I actually got my license back. Something I honestly thought would never happen. The last few years have been one of the hardest years of my life, and I’ve been through a lot in my personal life before and after the DWI. They treated me with respect, never judged me, and truly fought for my second chance. They are honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the law and the system. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their futures. Because of them, I am now able to move forward and rebuild my life. I’ll forever be grateful for their hard work, persistence, and compassion. If you’re looking for someone who will actually fight for you when it feels like the odds are against you—these are the lawyers you want in your corner!

"As in-house council for a consultancy, we hired Jason as litigation counsel on a breach of contract action. He pervailed on a motion for summary judgment in our case, and left a good impression on the principals at my firm. I am happy to recommend him for the purposes of litigation and debt collection."
