Biography
As a scholarship athlete on a Division I tennis team, I saw firsthand what it takes to bring people together. That’s one reason I love being involved in mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, corporate restructuring, and any other business contract or question my clients have to discuss with me where I can use my commitment, spirit, and energy to get everyone to work together toward a common goal. Whether I’m helping my clients execute a key acquisition or counseling an executive team or a family on business succession planning, I always focus on the people first.
