Spastic Husband

Dave was excellent in my situation my sibling my situation was complicated I I had several issues that had to be resolved and he resolved all of them he simultaneously took care of a legal issue and the matrimonial issue together he was very concerned about me and my situation I had several times whe...n I change my mind about situations but he always reminded me that certain things were a waste of time and money and he was always looking out for my best interest he was always there when I called he always return my emails and he set up a very good settlement for me it was excellent but I decided to converted to a separation agreement which turned out to be maybe not the greatest idea but the settlement he did get me was excellent in the best settlement I could get under the terms I know everyone is not satisfied with the job that attorneys sometimes do but I have to speak from a personal point of view this attorney was very caring he took the time to really formulate my case people have to remember that is not only the attorney that prepares your case but you are also responsible for some of that stuff also meaning your behavior at the end of the day I would highly recommend this attorney wherever he's at

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
