Sought consultation

Sought Bruce's office seeking a PAID HOURLY attorney to assist with a educational disabilities consultation. Never returned call when secretary told me attorney was available at his desk. Called again next day was told I was being transferred to a lawyer, when I connected with the woman she told me s...he wasn't a lawyer but another administrator.
