Alan Donatelli

The assigned counsel assigned me to Alan Donatelli, we've had a few conversations and every single one of them he has fast talked me and didn't listen to my concerns regarding my children's father and the abuse we have endured over the years. Every conversation he has mentioned how he's been doing th...is for years and every case is the same, which I don't doubt. However, we should not be treated as all the same cases because we are individuals. After, our first court appearance I was in a bit of a panic state when I was side-blinded by a request for visitation. After, sitting on it I emailed Alan and gave him a list of very reasonable conditions. He called me pretty aggressively and proceeded to tell me how I was wrong for my conditions for MY KIDS. Then because he didn't like that I stood up for myself he yelled at me and over me so I could no longer talk. I fired him on the spot and have since put in two request to remove him and Kevin Condon keeps denying my request for a change of attorney. Alan Donatelli has a very clear hatred for women and does not have our best interest at heart when it comes to our kids,. So for my request to keep being deny after I keep telling them how unsafe I feel with this man is beyond me. Hopefully this gets someone's attention to remove this man off my case and assign somenone who will listen to what it is I'm asking for in regard to my children that I've been raising on my own. I will keep leaving reviews until this man is off my case. Thank you.

As my court appointed attorney, Mr. Donatelli and I did not speak til our court date. He greeted me with inappropriate innuendo and with not giving me a moment to speak, Mr. Donatelli jumps up, yells “Fu.. You” and “Fu.. This” to me and walks away. Expresses the urgency of not being my attorney any ...longer. Meanwhile, he is inconsiderate and blathering about me walking up and down the hallway. Very rude, inconsiderate and obviously experiencing some type of mental turmoil. For a free attorney, PASS on this one. There are other more stable and reliable attorneys out there!

mr. donatelli is one of the best lawyers I have ever had. I got him threw the public defender program and he did better than some paid lawyers I have had. he is respectful, knowledgeable, considerate, and hard working even if he isn't making his normal rate. for my last case I used him instead of mak...ing me pay his full rate he had me call and get him threw the program so I didn't have to pay. I am so thankful for him he is a great person I would recommend him every time.
