In August of 2013 I asked Mr Caro to draw up a Quadro agreement which was not done when I got divorced. He has had my original divorce papers and other legal documents for 13 months and has not done anything to draw up this paperwork, I spoke to him in December of 2013 & he said he "did not think I was in a hurry" . It is now September 2014 and I have emailed him ,sent him a letter and called him 6 times requesting my papers back. He has not returned them, or returned any of my phone calls. I do not know where to turn to have my documents returned to me! Could someone please advise me how to get my legal documents returned to me??

My wife and I have hired Daniel Caro for the closing of our one-family house about 2 months ago. I actually followed recommendations on this website and am very happy with my choice. From the beginning, Mr. Caro maintained a close and professional attorney-client relationship with us and took his time to explain his service and the different steps of the closing procedure. He came to our house to pick up all relevant documents and gave advice how to handle our case in the best way. At that point, I was planning to sell our house without a realtor and Mr. Caro gave me invaluable advice to prevent mistakes and successfully sell our house. In fact, the house was sold after 9 days being on the market and today was closing. During all these weeks, Mr. Caro always responded in a timely manner to e-mails, phone calls, and any requests. Compared with other attorneys, agents, bank employees, and other persons working in the real estate business, Mr. Caro did a much better job than anybody else I have worked with before when buying and selling houses. If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy attorney who knows his business, speak to Daniel Caro and be positively surprised that there are still service providers out there with a professional "client-first" mentality.

I haven't had to use him yet, but the first impression was very good. I've been researching and meeting with lawyers for weeks and when I do need to hire a lawyer Dan Caro is my guy. He seems very knowledgeable and appears to genuinely care about his clients and what they're going through. He provided several options and had very good insight to my case. Met me half way to my house for our meeting and our agreed price for services was very reasonable. He talks to you like a normal guy would, not one of those high all mighty lawyer types. In a nut shell he's a good guy and seems to be a good lawyer who knows his stuff. Again, he is my guy when I need to take the next step in my case. Highly recommended A+.

I endorse this lawyer. We had a complex case together involving many litigation and business law issues. Dan was always responsive and reasonable while strongly advocating his client's interest. He was intelligent and knew the relevant areas of the law well. I am aware of Dan's reputation in the legal community as an Estate and Probate lawyer. Based on my knowledge and experience I am happy to give my wholehearted endorsement.
