CATHERINE C. BILLANTI, ESQUIRE

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law. Before law school, I attended the University at Buffalo and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Human Resources Management.

Over the years, I gained a wide range of experience. I’ve maintained a small legal practice in addition to working for large global companies in the fields of finance, regulatory and social compliance, engineering, and business development. Balancing a career as an attorney with more traditional business employment has provided me with unique experience and insight.

As an attorney, I’ve handled a wide range of cases, including matrimonial, family, vehicle and traffic, criminal, consumer, personal injury, real estate, employment, estate planning, and elder law. Although I continue to maintain a general practice law firm, in recent years I’ve narrowed the focus of my practice to Business Law, Estate Planning, Immigration, and Real Estate in order to better service my clients.
