Feel runover by the Insurance CO.
I feel like a cash cow to him, the firm keeps taking money and not getting me the money or MEDICAL TREATMENT my doctor asks for. The insurance co. is running all over me. I would love to be able to get another firm to handle my case, but if I do I'll be pretty much paying two firms!

compensation case
we have tom for a compensation case and he is not responsive and we feel he could be working harder for us. The injury concerned is for neck & shoulder and we were told we get no compensation for loss of motion which does not sound correct - we have made inquires and plan to use another attorney
