Hired Freidman to handle estate of my sister. Paid $2000 upfront. It was during height of the pandemic but NEVER met him, always had Rachelle(his asst,) meet me. Gave me incorrect info on order of payments to creditors and others. Had to print out correct info and give to him. Never returns your p...hone calls. Makes phone appointments then stiffs and his office doesn't even call to cancel. Leaves you sitting by phone wasting your time. Believe we are finally finished with this process but I had chase down this guy to get things done or do them myself. Just picked this lawyer without knowing about him -total mistake- do you due diligence-just don't hire this guy. He was an associate at Gaughan Group when I hired him. After much frustration with unanswered phone calls Dennis Gaughan told me he fired him and I should try to find new lawyer. Freidmann then set up his own practice on Main Street in Hamburg. Felt I had to stick with him because he had my money. In conclusion, look at reviews or get referrals from friends. Just Don't hire this guy.
