I would not recommend Dan. I told him police lied about everything and that I wanted police records regarding the arrest. He made no attempts to do so. Which means there was no point in telling him my version of events of what happened. Allowing the police to withhold evidence that could prove my inn...ocence is just as criminal as the police committing perjury like they did. After we lost in court Dan had the nerve to tell me that he should had charged me more money in the beginning. He failed to file motions at the end which nearly ruined my chances of filing an appeal. Dan knew the police lied and did absolutly nothing about it. He never even questioned the lies in court. Seemed as though he was keeping it secret that the police lied and helped the police cover it up. Dan and the police irreparably destroy my life.
