Tasha Dawn Frazie

Tasha D. Frazie is a highly accomplished attorney specializing in Matrimonial and Family Law across Western New York. Her comprehensive practice covers a wide spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), custody disputes, support issues, adoption, and Attorney for the Child (AFC) representation.

Ms. Frazie’s impressive academic background includes a Doctor of Jurisprudence with a concentration in International Law from West Virginia University College of Law (May 2016). During law school, she excelled, earning Cali Awards in Jessup International Moot Court and Law & Public Service, and serving as a Moot Court Justice and Class Vice President. She is also a Certified Magistrate Court Mediator. Further enhancing her global perspective, she holds a Masters of International Business from Hult International Business School (London, UK, and Shanghai, China, August 2013) and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from West Virginia University (May 2011) in Foreign Language (Chinese) and Political Science (International Relations). Ms. Frazie is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Frazie is an experienced legal educator. She served as a Visiting Lecturer for Legal Environment and Ethics at WVU College of Business & Economics (2018-2023) and as a Professor for Legal Environment of Business at West Virginia University-Honors College (2021). Her international experience also includes a role as a Research Assistant/Legal Researcher for Global Law Initiatives for Sustainable Development-gLAWcal in Beijing, China (2016-2017), and a publication for the Oxford Human Rights Blog.
