We used him because he was rec'd by the real estate agent we used to sell my fathers house. What a mistake. No accurate official closing statement. FedEx'd documents and then tells me to snd them back same and fails to enclose a pre-paid return. Closed on the house a week ago and I still do no...t have the funds and yet, the new owners have deconstructed the house already. Claims to have "pictures" of the check (never in my life have I had an attorney say this) implying the deal is good as gold but yet we still don't have the money. The storm played issues with closing but the right thing to do would have had both party's play by the same rules. Instead, we are sitting here wondering what in the heck is going on...
