Biography
I have been a trial lawyer for over 40 years handling cases in the area of personal injury, medical malpractice, estate disputes, commercial disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants. As a young lawyer I handled criminal defense cases, but over the years, I have cut back on that area of practice.
Additionally, I act as a mediator and as an arbitrator. The US District Court for the Western District of New York has a mediation panel for disputes in that Court and I am a panel member.
My non-attorney activities include serving as President of the Elma Kiwanis Club, Vice President, Board member of the Leukemia Society of Western NY(late 70's and 80's), and Board member and coach of the EMW Soccer league.
