Mary Ann Wiater

Called Mary Ann to hire her to write up a home purchase offer. She was nasty and rude immediately. Her communication consisted of an irritated tone, she began arguing with me that I do not know what I'm talking about (in terms of already securing a home loan - which I have secured) and arguing with m...e telling me that I don't have a loan. When I tried to explain everything we went through to obtain the loan and that I do indeed have it she began making statements such as "buckle your boots it's about to get thick" in a condescending manner. At that point, no way would I EVER pay her for any services. Do not even bother calling her, she's a miserable person to treat potential clients like that.

We used her for a real estate transaction. She was decent until she got paid. We called her to ask a question about paperwork she promised to have to use two months ago. She asked us to call her if we didn't receive it. Well, we didn't so we called and she was rude and HUNG UP! We were calling her, ...like she had asked us to. She is very unprofessional and rude. It is clear all she cares about is money. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy!

I have hired Mary Ann for a some property and corporate sales and purchases. She has always done excellent work for a reasonable price. She has always had the work done on time, complete and correct. I have recommended her to my daughter when she bought and sold a house and my daughter was very ...happy as well. I would not go to another property or business closing with out her.
