Got the job done
We have used John in many house closings and purchases. He always gets the job done. After reading the other review I was surprised because it is me (a woman) he usually communicates with. John personally comes to the closings and has been very helpful.

Prejudicial and ineffective
Along with my husband we hired John Garas to help in the sale of our house. He didn’t return phone calls, emails, etc. The two primary reasons I would NEVER recommend John: 1.
