Biography
Before joining Lewis & Lewis, Daniel Kuhn spent years representing many large employers and insurance companies. He now combines that knowledge and experience with his passion for the communities and families of Western New York. If you have been injured, Daniel will take the time to get to know you so he can find an approach that works for your life, not just your case.
After growing up in a Pennsylvania farming community, Daniel moved to Brockport. He lives there with his wife and three children. Daniel is the Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack 316. He is also an adjunct professor at SUNY Brockport where he teaches courses in Constitutional law and procedure.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys sailing, classic cars, and PC gaming.

Mr. Kuhn was retained by my husband for his workers compensation claim. He represented him at his last hearing and fought for him to get his benefits increased and he succeed.
