I was assigned Brian for an attorney for my current Custody/visitation case which is unfortunately a very complex case. I spoke with Brian twice during a two month time frame. I called repeatedly, left countless text messages with NO response! I had a particular situation arise where I needed legal ...advice in a timely fashion and once again left a voicemail message and text message in reference to the deliema with once again no contact. Communication and professionalism is imperative for an attorney however, This is just not the case here. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend legal representation by this attorney period!

Mr. Degnan was very professional and gave me answers that I needed to hear and was not out to Sugar coat or charge me for no work. I got my money's worth to be honest and couldn't have been happier. Others told me certain things and I was told straight and up front the expectations and what should ha...ppen. I wasn't pushed aside and whenever I called the office or emailed I was given great service and not the run around like with other Attorneys. I got excellent results and quicker then projected. I really felt like I was number one and I know there were many clients. I liked the fact that everything was explained to me as the mounds of paperwork can get confusing. Having a up front no BS answer is needed and a guy that will fight for you and not a paycheck is great to know. I can't give enough credit to Brian Degnan and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing his services.
