I was assigned Brian for an attorney for my current Custody/visitation case which is unfortunately a very complex case. I spoke with Brian twice during a two month time frame. I called repeatedly, left countless text messages with NO response! I had a particular situation arise where I needed legal ...advice in a timely fashion and once again left a voicemail message and text message in reference to the deliema with once again no contact. Communication and professionalism is imperative for an attorney however, This is just not the case here. Very disappointed overall and would not recommend legal representation by this attorney period!

I called last Monday 6/17/24 and spoke with him and made an appointment for Wednesday 6/26/24 at Noon for a consultation. I was there at Noon and office was closed. I stayed for about 15 minutes and also tried to call and kept going to voicemail. Voicemail also states "for quicker response, please t...ext this number" So I did. No return text or call or anything and here it is 4:18 PM and still nothing. Just bad business! I also read his reviews and now I see why.

Do NOT waste your time and money retaining Brian. He does not return phone calls, emails or texts. He gave erroneous legal advice. He was a no-show to several virtual appointments that had been confirmed with his secretary an hour before. It has yet to be seen what the full ramifications of his inact...ion will be. My new lawyer produced more in one day than Brian did in 7 months. When I finally got the retainer back it was less $500 which was contractually legal but certainly not ethical.
