Most frustrating legal situation i have ever dealt with. Filed chapter 7, i did alot of running around getting our lawyer specific information that she requested, for her to only mix up our information with someone else's case. Sent us information on a vehicle that i never had or owned, said she ne...ver recieved paperwork that i specifically put in her hands, included a loan in our chapter 7 that i told her i wanted to pay off. She even instructed me to go to the county and ask for specific information that she needed so the loan wouldn't be included in my chapter 7. My wife and I told her I was the only one filing, for our attorney to put my wife's name on the paperwork . Luckily we caught her mistake . I said we because my wife helped me with organizing the paperwork and double checked everything.
