1 Contact the attorney who represented you on the underlying charges
2 Follow the advice...

If the facts, under the applicable law, persuade a finder of fact (the jury) of his guilt, then he will be convicted. If not, no.

It seems clear that you need to pay the $150 for starters. Contact the court to find out what else they require at this point.

If it is ruled a suicide, then he should not be convicted, unless it was assisted.
If a person autopsy inconclusive can a person still do jail time if they can't prove anything?

If the charges are not proven, then a person would be acquitted, and not be punished.
