I have been in courtrooms since 1987 trying cases, the first five as an assistant District Attorney. I handle personal injury cases, worker's comp, and criminal cases. Depending on the facts, I also handle civil rights.
Your personal injury is personal to you. For that reason, each case is handled on a case-by-case basis. You are a person who is injured, a victim; not just a name.
Worker's compensation has become more complex. I strive to get the best overall award, taking into account other issues such as disability and social security, along with any personal injury cases that may be possible.
When it comes to criminal cases, I take a backseat to no one. I am thorough in my preparation, from pretrial motions/hearings through the conclusion of the case.

One smart lawyer
Kevin Guyette was the lead attorney in a complicated intellectual property law suit and I was impressed with his mastery of the facts and his knowledge of the law and trial procedures. He is an extremely smart man and I would trust him to handle any litigation matter.

Was A Bulldog When We Needed One
Kevin represented me in a Civil Case and was exactly what we needed, someone who could vehemently pursue the truth of the matter and secure a settlement. He was easy to work with and professional throughout.

You're on your own.
Kevin was a disaster for me. He totally neglected my case, a harassment charge. I never heard from him from the day he took my retainer fee to the day I dismissed him. Six months He also never contacted the Court. I mean literally never. Then he violated confidentiality by submitting a false and dam...
If this writer is in the right, and feels that the truth is on his side, then he should not remain anonymous. This is defamatory, and shame on AVVO for posting it. This anonymous person should not hide, but should instead post my Affirmation, in its entirety, so all readers may see and judge. Perhaps then AVVO would not publish things recklessly.
"I endorse this lawyer. Kevin F. Guyette has a wealth of experience and is honest and straight forward. He is extremely bright and a very fast learner. I trust him with all litigation matters, both criminal and civil."
