False evidence, concealment of evidence, secret deals for testimony

Dooley should not be allowed to practice. I filed charges against him in court and at the NY State Bar - all backed with evidence. The political machine in that area backed him at all costs. A totally one-sided system.

Mr. Dooley is a horrible judge of a persons character for starters. Between he, and the incompetent probation department, peoples lives and livelihoods are destroyed for absolutely no good reason other than to flex their "power"!!! Nothing more than a power trip! I have a close family friend who has ...had their life completely upended for NO GOOD REASON, all because of outright lies by their probation officer and judge Dooley! A probation officer who was suspended for misconduct, and a judge, who's record here, speaks for itself!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
