After two years in prison as a innocent man , on a drug sale charge. I was granted a new trial. Mr. Brush represented me . Mr. Brush was compelled to go to the district attorney's office, who in turn, testified to an assigned court that Mr. Brush, must have surely summited a brief to the judge and the clerk's office. Mr. Brush testified that he had represented the US government in Europe, practiced law in New York, and would never resort to false tactics. In the chance of venue, I went to jail for 30 days.
