She was an AFC in a case and I agree with others here that she is biased, doesn't listen to children in DV and cases as she should. She talked about a case with a counselor who was not involved in the case leading me to believe collusion is very real and practiced more than many know. It was glaringl...y apparent. Listens to oppositions attorney instead of doing her own homework. The list goes on . If she is appointed as an AFC in your case beware!!!

Doesn’t understand domestic violence situations. If you’re a DV case, hire an attorney. She threatened that if I didn’t settle with mine and my kids abuser, that if we went to trial I’d lose custody of my kids. Then gave him more time than our last order even though I had proof he continued to hurt t...he kids since our last order. She stated under oath that she saw my kids a couple months ago.. she never saw them.

Atty was initially appointed by the court. later being assigned by indigent defense. failed to enter into an attorney/ client agreement . never filed any paperwork on my behalf, wouldn't keep me updated on status of case. failed to readily make herself available to answer questions. made unprofession...al and biased comments. had received unlawfully obtained protected health information on me and when I asked her where she got the information she wouldn't give us an answer. yes my wife was also in the room. finally the night before the settlement conference she calls and asks me to be at courthouse by 9 am and she doesn't show up til approx. 5 minutes before the conference is scheduled to begin. I guess you get what u pay for. Still waiting for SLC to send me a bill. Maybe they'll send me a refund. LMAO
