David Peter Antonucci

I recently fired him after a year as my divorce lawyer. It was non-contested and he filed the motion with no child support and gave my ex-wife the ability to file a motion in family court to stop the divorce from being settled. He represented me in family court and all cases were dismissed because of... my ex-wife not him. He never returns phone calls and he also does not give you updates on anything.

I hired him in August 2003 to defend a criminal charge and handle a civil lawsuit as plaintiff. He committed so many errors in strategy and tactics that I ended up firing him 4 months later and handling the criminal and civil matters myself. One main blunder early on: he filed a motion for a probable... cause hearing wihic was ill-advised, that he lost, and the reverberations of which continue to hinder my civil case to date. He does good croos-examinations. The problem is that he does not know what to do with the results, and looses cases that a first year law student should win. Very sloppy in his arguments, redundant in empty verbosity, does not seem to master the procedural rules, and only approximately knows the details of the law.
