I had two meetings with him and he assured me he could handle my case. When I saw the documents he created and I questioned him about them he got very defensive. The case was heard, 16 months later I received a bill for unpaid fees. I was NEVER informed of these fees nor did I ever signed a retainer agreement nor did I ever received a itemized bill! It wasn't until he sent me arbitration papers that I saw an itemized bill. Then I saw fees...I was in shock ...about...fax to the YMCA. Um, why were you faxing the YMCA? Wrong case! He called me by the wrong name in the courtroom, embarrassing. Stay lame, DO NOT HIRE!!

I hired him in August 2003 to defend a criminal charge and handle a civil lawsuit as plaintiff. He committed so many errors in strategy and tactics that I ended up firing him 4 months later and handling the criminal and civil matters myself. One main blunder early on: he filed a motion for a probable... cause hearing wihic was ill-advised, that he lost, and the reverberations of which continue to hinder my civil case to date. He does good croos-examinations. The problem is that he does not know what to do with the results, and looses cases that a first year law student should win. Very sloppy in his arguments, redundant in empty verbosity, does not seem to master the procedural rules, and only approximately knows the details of the law.
