Biography
The primary objective of the Law Offices of Ricardo J. Mauro, P.C., is Client Satisfaction to its most sincere and deepest degree. We are not a huge law office but rather a law office boutique. I personally handle every case and return every call. I pride myself in tenacious representation with legal competency, while always being cognizant in keeping our clients well informed in regard to the status of their cases. During the week I strenuously attempt to return all calls by 9:00 p.m. because my clients' questions are very important. We do not operate our office on volume. Our business model focuses on selected cases with a high degree of personal attention and effort. You will never be a number, and every client has “VIP” status. I truly live vicariously through my clients' satisfaction. We take our client services very seriously.
In an attempt to increase our availability, our office is open for appointments between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Additionally, our office is open Saturday mornings 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., by appointment. All messages received by our answering system are retrieved and returned within 24-hours, providing you access to our services at any time, including the weekends.
We are determined to provide you with competent and strategic legal representation to seriously enforce and protect your legal rights. We take great pride in providing our clients with frequent updates on the developments of their cases. We do that through constant communication and availability.

Reversed a guilty plead
Hired Mr. Mauro to reverse a traffic ticket that I plead guilty to. The penalty of the ticket includes suspending my drivers license for a year, but really glad I hired the right person.
