I help small, online, and home-based business owners start and build more profitable businesses and achieve the goals they've set for their company.

In fact, I founded my practice Small Business Legal Services, P.C. specifically to work with the owners of smaller businesses. At my firm we specialize in working with clients to help create systems, strategies and legal solutions tailored to your business, personality and situation. The goal is to make sure that whatever we come up with works intitutively for you, so you own it. I am dedicated to doing it this way because at the end of the day, a system or strategy, even a legal soultion only works if it's being used.

You can also be sure, that as a client, me and everyone on my team will work hard to earn and keep your trust, starting by just listening to you, about what you want, what you dream about for your business, and even what you feel is holding you back. In fact, I encourage dreaming, followed by doing the work to make it happen.

As part of our sessions we'll go over the steps you need to take to achieve your goals, to make the dream real. We'll look at all the options together, and my recommendations for what to do next and at each stage of the business going forward.  Of course, I respect your decisions on how we will ultimately proceed. I'm a business owner myself, so I get how important it is to understand it's your business; that's also why I work so hard on making sure the solutions I offer will work for you, not just look good on paper.

For too long, the owner of smaller businesses have had to choose between hiring high priced lawyers or either trying to do the work themseves, or go to an online service and instruct someone else on how to do it for them.  At my firm, I hope to offer a third alternative by providing affordable, quality attorney services.
