Biography
I'm a 49-year old life-long resident of upstate NY. I've been practicing in the areas of personal injury and criminal law for the past 21 years. And believe it or not, I have almost always wanted to be a lawyer - ever since the fifth grade!
I know that I made the right choice. While practice in these areas can be very stressful, at times it can be extremely rewarding. I have yet to experience a feeling greater than winning a criminal trial, hearing the words, "not guilty" and walking a client out of the courthouse, a free person. If you ever get the chance to do that, I highly reccomend it :)

just hired chris pelli a wk ago and he's already on top of everything. from filing the intent to claim to sending out letters to all the people involved to make sure his client is getting the proper treatment that he needs.
