Not a good person in my book
Disrespectful, argumentative, overbearing and discriminates against the mentally disabled. Impossible to carry a conversation with. Referred to my son as slow. Not a good attorney for the child
Mr. Mavady was terrible and defensive, his knowledge of the ICWA is deplorable, and ignored. His lack of knowledge of indigenous American culture and overt discrimination against Native culture was on full display.
