Biography
I worked as an employee benefis consultant for one of the then Big-8 accounting firms designing, intalling and advising on the operation of pension, profit sharing, 401(k) plans and health care cost containment. I set up some of the first Internal Revenue Code section 125 cafeteria plans in Upstate New York. I also did similar employee benefits work as a Senior Associate with a large regional law firm, with my primary contact being a large bank holding company with banks and trust companies from Maine to Florida to Colorado, and on to Alaska.
I have given back to my community through nearly 30 years as a hospital board member, Girl and Boy Scout leader, library system board member, and elected official.
My education and experiences combine to help me understand a client's situation in our complicated world and assist clients in working their way through their best options.

Family Lawyer for all areas

Divorce and ongoing Issues with EX
My Hedglon helped me get the most of NYS unfair treatment of men in a divorce, every time my ex-wife mad an accusation we beat it back and prevailed, including several IRS audits, wher the ex-wife failed to claim alimony paid.
