I have used Malorie Carbone's services a couple times for different matters. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable concerning my divorce case. She spoke to me in terms that I could understand and was straight with the truth. Says it like it is. I like that. Her staff is helpful and friendly ...also. I have recommended her several times to my friends for legal matters and they were satisfied with her services also.

Malorie is completely unprofessional and extremely rude!!!! She acts completely bothered when you reach out to her. Asking too many questions makes her angry. If she decides to respond to your email it’s minimal information. Does not keep her word. Does not follow up. Hangs up on clients. The list go...es on…

I first spoke with Ms Carbone with the intention of getting assistance with probating a family members estate. After a lengthy conversation, I felt very confident in her abilities and excited to have found such a professional willing to (pre verbal agreement) await compensation until estate has settl...ed. Assistance in the gathering of vital documents was assured and I felt relieved. A list of pertainent information was requested of me via e-mail and I followed up with a responce reitterating my position. Shortly after I was promptly denied representation. Reason being? I was unable to retain the firm and unable to gather said documents...Many of which are public knowledge but further more would require the assistance of an attorney to get access...Shame On Malorie A.
