Grandparent Visitation

Back in August 2009 I retained the services of this attorney in regards to visitation of my 2mo old grandson. At my initial visit I was charged $750 as a retainer fee. After explaining the verbal and degrading abuse I have been receiving from my son in-law, I explained that the only thing I wanted wa...s to get to know my grandson and be able to visit him while my son in-law was at work. Mr. Weinheimer told me that it wouldn't be more than 60 days and that I could possibly get 2 days a month with my grandson. At the conclusion of the meeting I was feeling very optimistic and relieved. At this point I also gave Mr. Weinheimer an additional $100 to serve the court papers to my daughter and son in-law, for a total of $850. On the day of court I was very disappointed when Mr. Weinheimer gave the opening statement and then remained silent for the entire proceedings. Needless to say I did not win my case, and lost a great deal more than my grandson..... I would strongly tell anyone seeking legal advise to go elsewhere.
