Randel Aaron Scharf

Randel Scharf is a CROOK! He took $7500 from me for a case that was withdrawn 3 days after I paid him and he chose to never respond to me or give me any sort of invoice once he learned the case wasn’t moving forward. This man is mentally ill. He informed me that he went to Mexico to “move money... around” and while he was there he hallucinated that he was charged with murder. He’s currently under review by the 5th democrats and family court for Mental Illness. He is NOT a competent lawyer and has had NUMEROUS incidents in Cooperstown where he has taken a clients money and didn’t do anything on their behalf. DO NOT use this man as your lawyer unless you want to lose your case and thousands of dollars! He has not been mentally well since 2005. He is NOT mentally capable of being a decent lawyer. He needs to lose his license. I have filed a complaint with the 5th department. I’m not the first.
