Hey unconditional divorce normally takes 3 to 6 months in New York state Paul has here been sitting on his hands because my ex hired him and it's been over a year Sun conditional all the judge had to do is just sign the paperwork but it's been a year the courts up there are that busy that it's taking... this long okay this guy sits on his hands doesn't care about anyone until you complain about him and he's not a very good lawyer I'm glad he's not my lawyer but he's been costing me close to $1,000 paying for my ex's health insurance over the last 6 months I suggest if you want something done quickly and efficiently that you don't hire this guy he doesn't seem to care about anyone but himself kind of like my ex he's probably cost me more money than my ex paid him once he got his money he just sit on the paperwork for over 6 months I would assume because we still haven't received our divorce papers and there's no property being divided there's plane cut and dry and simple I suggest if you want something done properly and probably this is not the lawyer you would want to hire
